E isto foi notícia no New York Times, numa entrevista com o treinador Português a propósito da pré temporada do Chelsea na Califórnia.

“It was hot. Training two times a day, I have no time to spend with long hair. I also want to push the young players on my team to have a proper haircut, not the Rastafarians they have. For me, I changed the look, maybe my face is more aggressive, to prepare myself for football, to be ready for war.”

A verdade é que talvez este não seja um facto assim tão insignificante. É sabido como o mundo do futebol e as suas estrelas influenciam modas. E quanto a cabelos... basta lembrar David Beckham.
